OneMore is a Shopify app that shows one-click offers on the post-purchase page. It is operated by Miranda Network, S.L. (CIF B-75866194), Carretera TF-643, 21, piso 01, puerta 1 B, 38600 Granadilla de Abona, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain ("we"). Contact: support@mirandanetwork.es.

Data we collect from merchants

Data we collect about buyers

We do not collect or store personal data about your customers: no names, emails, addresses, phone numbers or payment details. When the post-purchase page loads, Shopify sends the app the purchased product IDs, the order subtotal and a purchase reference so we can choose an offer. For statistics we store, per offer, an anonymous event (shown, accepted or declined), the purchase reference, the accepted amount and its currency. Payment of an accepted offer is handled entirely by Shopify.

Shopify permissions

OneMore requests three permissions:

When an order is created, Shopify notifies OneMore (orders/create). We only check whether it used a OneMore code; if it did, we store the offer, the purchase reference and the amount of the offered item, and tag the order "OneMore". No customer details from the order are stored.

How we use the data

Legal basis

We process merchant data to perform our contract with you (providing the app), and act as a processor on your behalf for the anonymous order events described above.

Hosting and transfers

The app and its database run on cloud infrastructure providers. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention and deletion

The purchase references we record to count orders against your plan and for your dashboard are deleted automatically after 400 days. Offer statistics are kept while the app is installed.

If you uninstall OneMore, your access token is deleted immediately, and Shopify's shop/redact request (sent 48 hours after uninstall) deletes all your offers and statistics. We answer Shopify's customers/data_request and customers/redact requests; since we hold no buyer personal data, there is normally nothing to return or delete.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to support@mirandanetwork.es. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

Security

Data travels over HTTPS. Requests from the post-purchase page are verified with tokens signed by Shopify, and each shop can only access its own data.

Changes

We will update this page if this policy changes and change the date above.
